Orange is developed Software Package for Human Resources and Development, which include :

Personal Administration
This is the core of the Orange HR system. It serves as the basic HR information to be used by all the other modules. Users can define company, organization structures, positions, grades and employee information.

Leave Administration
This module is used to administer leave benefit process, from defining various leave types, granting employee leave entitlement, applying and approving leave request, etc.

Time and Attendance
This module is used to administer employee absenteeism and overtime.

Payroll Administration (Indonesia)
This is the core of the Orange HR system. It serves as the basic HR information to be used by all the other modules. Users can define company, organization structures, pos it ions, grades and employee information.

Travel Expense Administration
This module is used to administer employee business travels from subm it ting travel request to processing travel claim reimbursement

Medical Benefit Administration

Recruitment
This module is used to manage the entire recru it ment process, from employee requis it ion, applicant registration, selection process, to the appointment of successful job candidates.

Performance Management
This component is a tool designed to assist organizations in This module assists organization in evaluating the performance of it s employees. Using user-designed assessment templates, manager can easily create a performance evaluation form, which is available for review by both the manager and the employee at any time. System can accommodate various assessment formats.

Employee Development
This module aids the organization in the development of the employee's career plan through the understanding of the employee's career inspirations and competencies.

Training Administration
This module simplifies the process of managing and administering training events, from defining and planning the training events to the training evaluation.

Competency Management
This module can be used by company who implement a simple or full-scale Competency-Based HR Management (CBHRM) practices. Users may define the company competency structure (with clusters and levels) and describe the competency elements. Comparing employee's individual competency profile to the pos it ion (current or future) requirement will yield a gap analysis which can be used in the employee development processes (training, career planning, performance development, etc.).
