Business Consultant (HR Application System)

Responsibilities:

Responsible for giving solutions regarding application programs needed by customers, starting from identification the customer needs, determine technical specifications, preparing user documentations, exercising the new systems and conducting training of systems to the customers.

Requirements:

  • Male/Female max. 35 years old.
  • S1 Degree in Human Resource Management, Information system, Management/Economy, or equivalent from reputable university.
  • Have experiences as HR Generalist is more preferable.
  • 2 Years experience as consultant/system analyst is more preferable.
  • Knowledge & understanding about business process Human Resource Development.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workload.
  • Able to Multi-task and work under tight deadlines.
